Excellent question! Um. Er.
This is your blog for all things New Haven!
Okay, not really. Firstly, this is not a news site. There’s already the New Haven Independent, New Haven Register, and ostensibly the Hartford Courant, though let’s not even pretend like they give a shit about New Haven.
This is not a New Yorker-style blog ruminating poetically about whatever happened to the good old days when men were men, women were women, and buildings didn’t just collapse.
Between Two Rocks fills the in between spaces. We are humor. We are discussion. We are opinion. Are are sarcasm. So much sarcasm.
We’re going to talk about what’s going on in New Haven. We are not under any obligation to cover some artsy jazz festival. But we might.
This is not a place to post about Happy Hour specials. But we might talk about the ones we love the most anyway (we totally did).
In other words, we don’t know what we are. But we’re going to be awesome at it.

And we want you to help. There’s a “Suggest a Story” link you may have noticed at the top. That’s where you come in. You and your sweet sweet brain juices. We’ll need those to come up with ideas and I’ve made some bad choices in my life and my brain isn’t always operating at 100% okay? Okay.
So Welcome to Between Two Rocks and we hope you enjoy your stay and, with any luck, the content I will eventually probably right.

if i had the time i’d start my own website and go nuts talking about stuff. instead i am just commenting on yours. this sucks. thanks. i’ll leave you to your awesome new haven. something i would do is rate the churches of new haven, (and other houses of praise if interesting) focusing on song, preacher dynamics, and after worship fellowship.
